At Intact Insurance, we consider prevention an important part of what we do and we want to help customers protect their businesses from roof collapses. Today we are introducing the Roof Snow Removal program for commercial and farm customers.


Emerging weather patterns have taken a toll on Canadians; with periods of snowfall followed by warmer weather, snow and ice are thawing and refreezing into denser and weightier snow drifts. Over the past few years, we've noticed a rise in the number of roof collapses across Canada due to this heavier snow and ice accumulation.
